The first supper on May 8 will be located in the dining room of the historic 1830 Brick Dwelling where the Shakers enjoyed their daily communal meals. Kathleen Lynch, Curator & Collections Director, will join Deb Carter & Joanie Ciolfi, two of the featured artists exhibiting this season at the Village, giving a presentation on “Couture from the World” inspired by Shaker iconic design elements.
Chef Kevin Kelly, Founder & Operator of After Hours GB, known for hosting creative dining experiences, is the featured chef for the first Shaker Supper and will share his inspirations for the dinner which will highlight seasonal ingredients and local produce.
