Sustainable farming done right.
At Hancock Shaker Village, our heritage-breed livestock is carefully, humanely raised. Our lambs, pigs, and beef cows are raised on the same pastures the Shakers cultivated in the 1790s, and we employ the same farming practices that have produced quality meat for generations. When you buy a meat CSA share from us, you buy grass-fed, all natural meat. Your share will contain beef, pork, and lamb, all professionally butchered and wrapped. Each month’s share contains approximately 10 pounds of meat. Pickups are once per month from November-February.
