Forest Bathing, also called shrinrin-yoku or Forest Therapy, is a research-based way of supporting health, happiness, and well-being. Unlike any other nature walk you may have experienced before, it is the practice of immersing oneself in nature through all of one’s senses. This walk will take place on the Village’s accessible, one-mile Farm and Forest Trail and is included in admission. Led by Melisa Krzysztof, Integrative Yoga Therapist (and longtime leader of our Goat Yoga program!)
