Food Workshop:  Making Fruit Curds

TIME:  10 am-12:30 pm

REGISTRATION FEE:  $50/$45 (HSV members). Includes Village admission and all materials.

Prepare for summer with a workshop on fruit curds!  We’ll make lime, raspberry and that universal favorite, lemon. This workshop celebrates the spirit and legacy of Shaker food preservation. Shaker practices and recipes will be our inspiration. You will work in the historic Brick Dwelling Kitchen and leave with practical tips, scientific understanding, and a few treats to enjoy at home. Suitable for ages 14 and up.
