Berkshire Cider Project crafts exceptional small-batch ciders that blur the line between cider and wine – sparkling, nuanced, and rooted in place. For more than five years, they’ve transformed heirloom apples harvested from the Village’s historic orchard into a singular, limited-release hard cider, unveiled each August at the Village. This year marks the sixth annual cidermakers’ celebration, reimagined as a late-summer cocktail party in the orchard.
