Wildlife Walk on the Farm & Forest Trail

Free to HSV members; $20 for non-members (includes all-day admission to the Village, which opens at 10 am)
Take a mid-week wander on the Village’s Farm and Forest Trail with naturalists Tim Case and Keigan Case. Enjoy the autumnal flora and fauna on this one-mail walk through pasture and woods. Whether you are an experienced wildlife watcher or just want to try something new, please join us!
Your guides: Tim Case has been an educational interpreter at Hancock Shaker Village since 2014; he has a biology background and lifelong fascination with nature, especially birds. Keigan Case is a field biologist (and Tim’s son) who has worked in California, Florida, Iowa, and New York.
What to know: Walk will proceed rain or shine, but in case of torrential rain, the rain date is October 7. Bring binoculars if you have them, and dress for the weather. Participants should be able to walk a mile over varied terrain. NO PETS.
