Weather permitting, the Shaker Supper will be held in the Timber Frame with views of the gardens and Round Stone Barn (otherwise the supper will be in the Brick Dwelling). The evening features Mary Ann Haagen, a Shaker scholar and musician who is actively engaged in the work of the Enfield Shaker Museum, giving a presentation focusing on Shaker music and food. Inspired by authentic Shaker recipes, the communal meal features meat and produce from our farm and other local resources prepared by Chef Peter Belmonte from Woodlife Kitchen.
Cash bar will also be available.
