Food Workshop: Celebrate the Cranberry

With Thanksgiving on the horizon, it’s time to celebrate the cranberry. Hancock Shakers gathered cranberries in a bog near the North Family and kept them for use all winter long.
This year’s workshop will focus on pear-cranberry jam and/ apple cranberry compote just in time for you to plan your Thanksgiving menu. You’ll work in the Brick Dwelling Kitchen. Suitable for ages 14 and up.
