From the farm at Hancock Shaker Village to your fork, our Harvest Suppers are inspired four-course dinners created and served by Chef Michael Roller and the staff of Savory Harvest Catering. Dinner is paired with tastings of wine, ale, cider and spirits crafted in the Berkshires, with guided narration by spirit expert John Kelly and his knowledgeable staff. Reserve your seat at the table and enjoy artisanal cheeses with a Big Elm Ale, or heirloom bisque with a Johnny Mash Cider. Pair your entrée with a wine from Balderdash Cellars, and enjoy dessert along with a Berkshire Mountain Spirit.
The evening begins with a specialty tour of the historic village at 4 pm. Dinner service begins at 5 pm.
