We are committed to keeping you healthy and safe, but we cannot guarantee you won’t be exposed to COVID-19. We rely on you to protect yourself, too.

If you are sick or believe you have been recently exposed to the virus, do not visit until you are well. We recommend that visitors who are over 65 years old or who have underlying health issues wait to visit during later phases.

Cover your mouth & nose with a face mask All visitors ages 2 and older must wear a face mask during their entire visit, even though you will be outside. Please check with staff if you are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons. We recommend that guests who are unable to wear a face mask wait until later phases to visit.

Practice social distancing Please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other visitors who are not in your family, as well as staff. Our one-way route to tour the grounds is designed to help make social distancing easier, but your cooperation is essential to making it so.

Sanitize your hands often & avoid touching your face Please sanitize your hands frequently. When you use hand sanitizer, rub your hands together until they feel dry. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Avoid touching surfaces We are trying our best to keep the few surfaces you might encounter as sanitized as possible, but please avoid touching surfaces to reduce potential exposure and the spread of COVID-19. Don’t lean on the fences or climb into the pens, and don’t touch or feed the animals.

Stay apart Do not congregate in the parking lot or on the walking paths.

THANK YOU! Your cooperation allows us to reopen our beautiful grounds and help make your visit a safe, fun experience. We’ve missed you, and look forward to welcoming you to the City of Peace.
