SUMMARY:SOLD OUT - 4th Annual Cider Makers Dinner: August 22
DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, August 22\, 6pm  \nThis annual event celebrates Berkshire Cider Project’s years long partnership with the Village – an emblematic Berkshires institution and the oldest working farm in the region. Each year\, the cidery creates a small batch cider made from apples hand harvested at the Village – heirloom varieties that are rarely grown in commercial orchards today. Wild fermented\, this cider is likely close to what the Shakers themselves would have enjoyed – though filtered and carbonated for a modern table.\n \nAfter cocktails in the beautiful working gardens\, Chef Kevin Kelly\, of AfterHours GB\, will prepare a farm-to-table meal\, served alongside hand selected cider pairings. Remarks from the Cidermakers will highlight the process of bringing this cider to life\, from orchard to glass.   \nBook Tickets
