Savor a candlelit harvest dinner in the Brick Dwelling, where Shakers ate communally beginning in 1830. The menu reflects that the harvest is in and autumn’s bounty is at its peak – we’ve got all the deliciousness we need right on the farm. (Plus, who wants to cook?)

Shakers often decorated their Christmas tree with paper birds. In that spirit, make three charming bird ornaments you’ll treasure for years. Your feathered friends will brighten a holiday tree, make a lovely gift, or remind you of the coming spring.
